Light Heart Memory Care is an Alzheimer's facility committed to enriching the lives of people diagnosed with Alzheimer's and other dementias. Founded in 1997 in Clear Lake, Texas, the facility provides a family-style environment with small homes of 8 residents and 2 caregivers during the day, maintaining a 1 to 4 caregiver-to-resident ratio. The organization offers individualized, non-pharmacological approaches to dementia care across four locations in the Houston area.

I'm a Visiting Angel for a resident that needs a little extra care. The staff is STELLAR. They care about the residents as if they were family. The home itself is kept spotless and all the residents seem so peaceful and happy. I would recommend this private home to anyone.
