I recently visited The Lighthouse at Chico and had the opportunity to speak with Scott and Jessica. When searching for a good assisted living facility it's hard to know what questions to ask sometimes. They made the visit very easy by being so friendly and welcoming and I had the chance to talk to a couple happy residents as well. Changes in living situations can be difficult, but the comfortable rooms, that amazing view of the lake, the good food and the caring staff help make those decisions so much easier. I appreciated the visit!

The Lighthouse at Chico is a beautifully maintained, welcoming community with scenic views of California Park Lake, thoughtful amenities, and a warm, comfortable atmosphere. During our visit, Jessica guided us through the facility with genuine care and professionalism—she took the time to understand our needs and answered every question with clarity and compassion. From the personalized care options to the inviting common areas and chef-prepared meals, everything about the experience gave us peace of mind. I recently attended a mixer event at Windchime of Chico a senior living community and I wanted to take a minute to share how beautiful and resort like the actual facility is and I've visited many and then mostly rave about the amazing inviting staff there! Renee Vaughn the Marketing Director invited me and organized a beautiful holiday themed feast for everyone and set something up where you had chance to win a prize and pick out of a handful of giftbags. All of their leadership team came out to welcome myself and my visitors and introduced themselves despite their busy schedules. They were all so kind and outgoing and engaging. They took time to listen to me about what company I work with and why I was there and seemed genuinely happy to see me. They all gave me their cards and said feel free to contact them which is rare because most of the time you never get to see whose working behind the scenes because of their gatekeepers and if you can get to them u mostly never their contact info to reach back out. I feel like this goes miles to show these are real people working diligently and confidently with nothing to hide no alternative agendas besides to do the job they are paid for to give kind, attentive, personal care to the residents, their vendors partners, and visitors. Their website is a place for mom and I can say its fitting because of the places I have been nothing feels like checking in at home like Windchime of Chico! 5 stars from me!
