LILAC SPRINGS ASSISTED LIVING

This is my first experience with having to have a family member require an assisted living facility. I have looked at several and we chose Lilac Springs because of the care and dedication to helping my family member be comfortable. The administrator and the owner have gone above and beyond what might normally be expected. I spent a great deal of time talking with the current administrator and I know that she is dedicated to helping those that cannot help themselves. She truly has her heart invested in Lilac Springs and the people she cares for. She refers to them as family. I have seen a negative review and I would disregard this as the management has been changed and it certainly shows. I have no reservations in highly recommending Lilac Springs for the care of your loved ones.

The last few years for my mom have been hard on her and when she found Lilac Springs she said it felt like home from the moment we checked it out. There has been a lot of changes in administration and staffing over the three years she lived there. The current group, Desiree, Nevaeh, Nicole, Sydney, and Danielle, are the best!! You made my mom feel as if she was your mom. So much care and comfort and energy. I don’t know how you do it. I am amazed and so appreciative. This past week was very hard and the compassion you showed made it bearable. Thank you so much for your love. So if anybody is looking for a place for their parent, please look into Lilac Springs because it’s just the most caring comfortable place where your parents could find their forever home. ❤️❤️

Mom found her forever home at Lilac Springs three years ago. In that time, there were several administration changes for various reasons. This current administration and staff has been the best group to take care of mom during her stay. Desiree, Nevaeh, Nicole, Sydney, and Danielle will hold a special place in our hearts for the love and care provided while mom was there and during her recent passing.

My mother was in a wheelchair and able to live independently for several years. After suffering from a stroke she was unable to live alone and moved to Lilac Springs. Mom handled the move effortlessly. She knew she was going to be in good hands and my brother and I were assured Mom would lbe fine. After a short time mom bragged about how well the staff treated her. She went on to say the food is wonderful and was always excited to see what was being served daily,. Mom is a very social person and found a few friends quickly. My brother and I are so pleased with how happy mom is and how welcoming the staff was.

I have a family member who has dementia. After several failed attempts to keep them in their home, it was decided to place them in facility that can better handle their daily needs. I will forever be grateful that I found Lilac Springs Assisted Living Center. The staff was so friendly and in my opinion actually care about their patients, which is not always the case at other facilities. Although my family members stay was short it was filled with compassion, comfort and love.
