My fiancé and I have been living at Franklin Palmer apartments for almost two months now and everything has been really good so far! Jason is wonderful! Super personable and responsive. Maintenance is also pretty quick when you need something. We feel safe and happy in our apartment here!

I lived here with my husband 2022 -23. I have only good memories about this apartment. Well maintained and quite place. Management is good there. We had to move because I was pregnant and we wanted 2 bedrooms. They didn't have available that time. Whenever we go through here. Just smile good memories.. thanks for reading

I lived at Franklin Palmer Apartments for over 5 years, and it truly felt like home. The property manager, Jason, is extremely responsive—you can reach him by email or phone, and he replies very quickly. I honestly can’t recall a single request that wasn’t resolved the same day. Many residents here have lived in the community for decades, which says a lot about the place. The location is excellent—very close to the freeway, parks, shopping areas, and only about 15 minutes from the international airport. Commuting to work was always hassle-free. The rent is very reasonable compared to other apartments, but that does not mean the quality is lacking. The apartments are efficient in terms of heating and cooling, the appliances are good and relatively new, and the property is very well maintained, especially during winter. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to move to the Canton area.

I don’t usually write online reviews, but I felt it would be unfair not to share my honest experience with Franklin Palmer Apartments, where I lived from 2016 to 2025. I was initially referred to this community by a friend back in 2016, and honestly, I never once felt the need to look elsewhere. It’s no surprise that there’s always a waiting list to move in. The management is excellent. Jason, the property manager, is incredibly helpful, accommodating, and responsive. He always replies promptly to emails and calls and regularly keeps tenants informed with updates. He also organizes community events like pizza parties, gift packing, and Halloween events, which really add a nice personal touch. The apartments are very well maintained, with efficient heating and cooling. James is also wonderful—quiet but extremely efficient and quick at his work. Rent is very competitive compared to other properties in the area. The community is clean, safe, close to good schools, and conveniently connected to I-275. During the winter, Franklin Palmer is always one of the first communities to have snow cleared and salt applied, which I truly appreciated. I would highly recommend Franklin Palmer Apartments to anyone looking to move to Canton. I only moved out because I relocated out of Michigan permanently—otherwise, I would have happily continued living here.
