My mother died peacefully with dignity. I could not have asked for better Care than what she received at Lilys promise. I have seen my share of caregivers in recent times and without a doubt your caregivers providers outstanding care to each resident in your facility. Each of your residents are very lucky to be under their care and your direction.

As many who’ve been in this process with a loved one can attest, finding quality care for those who can’t care for themselves is not an easy task. All facilities seem to have their patches of having some difficult staffing issues and can impact the overall brand experience for you and your loved ones. Lilly’s Promise, while also facing these challenges from time to time, does a good job of trying to keep good caring staff that are made for the job and provide that level of care in more of a boutique setting. My Mother, who has Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, has been in Lilly’s Promise for coming on 3 years and have been quite happy with how my Mother has been cared for. I would recommend Lilly’s Promise to Families that are integrated into the caring for your loved one, as they are easy to work with and communicate every changing condition as a cohesive plan for best practices, outcomes and quality of life. I visited Lily’s Promise home in Bradenton. I was extremely impressed with the concept of having the RESISENTS in a NORMAL HOME LIKE SETTING and not as patients in a medical health facility. It is like a regular normal HOME and I am sure that our loved once feel it. For me and my family, it is comforting to know that we are doing our best to give to give our family member, that we care so much about, the best service and environment they can be in. I spoke with some of the staff and the management and they were passionate about their job and the service they provide.

My Mother is 93 years old and has been at Lily's Promise Sarasota for over 3 years. We had to relocate her from a Larger site which offered very poor care Lily's Promise offers excellent care from meals cooked right on premises, to health care (receiving medications)promptly scheduling Doctor and Dental visits, and making sure the residents are occupied during the days and safe at night.I believe that my mom would not be doing as well as she is without the staffs excellent care
