After three difficult experiences at traditional skilled nursing facilities, moving my dad to Lilly West was truly a blessing. He stayed here for two months while healing from a serious fall, and the difference in care was immediate. Lilly West feels more like a home than a facility. With only five residents and two nurses on each shift, my dad received the attentive, compassionate care he needed. The meals were cooked fresh, everyone ate together when they could, and the living room recliners made it feel comfortable and family-like. The entire home was always clean, odor-free, and peaceful, a huge contrast to what we experienced elsewhere. My dad enjoyed the activities, the quiet backyard by the lake, and the genuine kindness of the staff. They were incredibly responsive to every question and concern, which gave our family so much peace of mind. Lilly West was exactly what my dad needed to heal safely and finally come home. We are truly grateful for the care he received here.

The facility and staff are tremendous. They always worked hard for the best patient care. Communicated frequently. Keep the facility is top order and especially clean (extremely clean) at all times. The staff and owners care about their residents and it shows in every way. Highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Lillywest as a safe, caring place for your loved one. My brother has shown so much improvement in his time there. All of the caretakers treat him like family and have taken the time to really get to know him and his needs. They take the time to treat the residents as human beings. My brother has been there through Christmas and his Birthday and I cannot thank them enough for the care that has been given to make him feel at home.

After living by herself for over 20 years the time had come for my sister to make a move to assisted living. I visited dozen places in the Pearland area. None of them had the home sweet home warmth of Lillywest. At Lillywest my sister has a comfortable room with her own TV and remote! She enjoys visiting with other residents, regular nutritious meals and playing cards and puzzles as a group. She still sews and knits. Today, when I ask my sister if she wants to go out she often says not today, there's too much happening here. Lillywest has wonderful warm-hearted caregivers who take a real interest in my sister. Since I can't be there everyday, just knowing the team is there is very comforting to me. My sister is the oldest of 8, to see her at 88 being taken care of at Lillywest puts a big smile on my face. She deserves the best.
