Lincoln Court Retirement Community

Unfortunately our family member ended up not moving to Lincoln Court at the the last minute. Our experience with them was great. It is a well run first class facility and Melissa is amazing. I would highly recommend them.

I could not be any happier with Lincoln Court Assisted & Senior Living. They are truly and genuinely dedicated to the wellbeing and happiness of their residents. When initially touring with my mom, residents kept stopping us in the hallways to tell us what a good place it is and how happy they are there. 2+ months in and that has definitely been our experience as well! Staff - Austin, Melissa, Krystal, and Mynde have been incredible to work with and have gone above and beyond to ensure my mom's transition is as smooth as possible. Austin has done an amazing job of keeping in touch over my mom, carefully communicating over any concerns to make sure her needs are covered, even before they arise. The medical assistants have been so good to my mom and patient with her unique personality and needs. The front desk receptionists are truly incredible and so aware of my mom, always offering a smiling face and service oriented help to their residents. I've noticed that the residents love to congregate in the very welcoming main entry area while they read the newspaper, do puzzles, or play cards and enjoy interactions with the staff. I've been impressed to find that many staff members have been working at Lincoln court for many, many years. Both my mom and dad have had stays at two other top-rated senior living facilities in Idaho Falls and they have been very good places for them, but Lincoln Court's caring staff has truly exceeded my expectations and set them aside as a superior option in East Idaho. Dining - The dining room, it's chef, kitchen staff, and servers do such a great job serving and caring for the residents. Their food is delicious and you truly feel like your dining in a restaurant between the delicious food, extensive menu options, and the kindness the servers offer the residents. Maintenance - Ed and the maintenance staff have been so good to my mom. She's felt cared for and safe with them as they've addressed any needed issues in her apartment/room. Activities Committee - I can't end this review without mentioning how incredible the activities committee has been at Lincoln Court. It's another area that truly sets them apart from other senior living centers. Mynde and her activities counterparts pour their heart and soul into their activities they offer at Lincoln Court, always being willing to tailor an activity to the interests and needs of their residents. My mom enjoys the chair exercise class each morning and her book club meetings each week. She's attended history lessons, and a trip to Jackson Hole to see the Elk Refuge. She also is able to easily request rides to stores and doctors appointments and the drivers are so very helpful and patient with the residents. Life Loop App - The Life Loop phone application they use has been so nice to use, allowing me to see what activities are planned each day and the number of activities my mom has attended each week. It's a great tool for family members to use to encourage attendance at activities and to ask about the activities that have been attended. In summary, there are many factors to consider when selecting a place for your family member to live. It's a difficult decision to make and can weigh heavily on family members. After having extensive experience with three senior living facilities in East Idaho and two skilled nursing facilities, I have found that a kind and caring staff is one of the most important assets a senior living facility can offer. Another important factor to consider is the activities that are offered. Activities that not only offer games and excursions, but also activities that educate, inform, and truly take the needs and interests of the residents into mind. Lincoln Court delivers in both of these areas and I highly recommend them to anyone who's trying to find the best place for their senior family member.

We have been very pleased with Lincoln Court. It seems pretty clean. Their parties are fantastic. They seem to do all sorts of fun activities for the residents. The food was good the few times I’ve eaten there. The people working there have been pleasant to interact with and have been very kind with our grandparents who are residents.

Lincoln Court is seriously one of the best Assisted Livings in Idaho Falls. I have worked in Healthcare in the community for years, and I can honestly say that they have delivered incredible outcomes to their residents that reside there and make it such a fun place to live. Also, the food is unreal! Anytime I have eaten there for events or community gatherings, I have yet to be disappointed. I highly recommend checking it out. The longevity of Lincoln Court in the community of Idaho Falls and the happiness of the residents that reside there, should be a testament to the community about the kind of place it is to live. I spent two weeks living in the apartment with my parents when I moved them in. The care is outstanding, the food is great, and the residents and employees are wonderful. I cannot say enough good about this facility. I may move in myself in a few years. Lincoln Court is the best facility I have seen and deserves the awards it has won.
