LINCOLN VILLA

My friend ron is here. Has big community tv room. The rooms are big. Nicer more comfy than the convalescent hospital he was in before. Daily activities schedules there. Outdoor large patio area. Visit and support them and it's not so bad for them.

The staff took wonderful care of my mother-in-law while she was in hospice. Her sister was allowed to stay with her -- they even found her a room and a bed in the last days and weeks, which they did not charge for, and we were able to be there round-the-clock. They brought snacks and checked on us, took vigilant care of her, celebrated the good days with us and gave comfort on the rougher days. Thank you, Lincoln Villa.

Like so many other facilities right now, they are understaffed and overworked. However, the staff genuinely cares and do the very best they can under very difficult conditions. My Mom is a patient here and she views the staff much like family, and they seem to view her the same way. After quite a few poor experiences at other assisted living facilities, we are happy Mom has some compassionate caregivers at Lincoln Retirement Villa. Hoping they can get staffed up soon!

My father in law was here for a short time but they treated him very well here. The staff was very accommodating and kind. He was happy here and that means so much. The cook is so funny and loves the residents. The food is good too. Lincoln Villa isn't the most modern place but a modern place would have felt foreign to him at 82 years old. I'm grateful for the time we had at this place.

The inside is warm and the staff is friendly. All the residents decorate their rooms to make them feel like home. Most of all my uncle enjoys the atmosphere and food as he is comforted in the end of his life.
