The staff was caring. The nursing care and treatment from the owner/nurse was unprofessional, condescending, and rude. She refused to allow hospice care in when my mother and the family needed it most. She was vague and couldn't remember what meds she gave my mother or when she gave them. She didn't call hospice or my brother when she fell the 2nd time. Please know that if you want hospice at the end she will not "let strangers in." We feared for my mother's safety. When my mother died, she had two black eyes and a bruised goose egg on her forehead.
