My father moved to Live Oak Estates (Circle House) when my mother could no longer care for him at home. He spent about 6 weeks there, and the care he received was amazing. I felt that the management and staff were completely transparent, deeply caring, and incredibly helpful. It felt like he was moving into a home, not an institution/facility, which made the transition easier for everyone involved. They were accommodating and flexible and treated my dad like an individual. Particularly during the final days as he was dying, the care and concern were perfect. I couldn't imagine a more supportive place for him to end his days.

My mother was a part of the Live Oak Estates Circle House family for almost 3 years. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the love and care she received as well as the love and support they gave to our entire family. During COVID they have worked tirelessly to ensure that all the residents remain safe and secure. The staff at Circle House became our second family to whom we are forever grateful.

A year and a half ago when we started to look for an assisted living facility for mom, we found Live Oak Estates Circle House and immediately feel in love with the home, the staff, and the atmosphere. Mom spent 57 years on an acre home in a suburban/rural area and Live Oak Circle is nestled on an acre of beautiful pecan and pear trees, just like the old homestead. When we met Wendy the owner and the staff we were more than pleased. While extremely professional, they were also very informal and friendly. Mom’s physical needs were always met, but more importantly her emotional needs were met by the caring and loving staff. Mom found the food delicious and her favorite cook even made a pear pie from one of the trees…her favorite type of pie. We highly recommend Live Oak Circle house.

I wanted the perfect place for my father and I finally found it! I spent 4 months visiting 18 facilities(from Kyle to Dripping Springs to Pflugerville and everywhere between) and even tried respite care at 3 of the facilities. This process was like picking the right childcare for your first born. While some of the facilities looked like scenes out of a movie, they were far from an acceptable place to live. Every facility we tried lost most of my fathers clothing items within a week, even though they were well marked. Many items we never saw again. The staff turnover was so often at these facilities, it was easy for them to blame whatever went wrong on the person that was no longer there. This did not happen at Live Oak Estates! I loved how honest they were about making sure each resident was a good fit for the location and for the other residents already in place. They don't just accept someone to fill vacancies. I visited all 3 locations and with the help of the owners and house managers we picked the location that was the best fit, even though they did not have an opening at the time, I waited and put him on the waiting list, I knew I didn't need to look any further. From the first day he felt at ease, he was HOME! The staff was so attentive to his needs, and he had a lot of them!! They made him feel like family, Special & Loved! He was not an easy man to take care of at the end, although you would have never known it the way the staff treated him. They couldn't have been more compassionate and genuinely caring. Not only did they provide a safe environment & loving care for my father, they provided me with comfort knowing I had found the PERFECT place. We were welcome literally anytime we wanted to be there, no matter what time it was, how often or how long we wanted to stay. I can't thank them enough, my prayers were answered when they accepted him. A Very Special Thank you to Camie!

My Mom has been in this home since 2014. Since last December when Live Oak acquired the house, I cannot give enough accolades to the ownership, management and staff. While I sympathize with the last reviewer, Kelli, my Mom was a resident of the house while her Mom was also a resident. Her Mom should have been placed in a memory care facility initially. She was disruptive and required constant one on one care. My Mom had to keep her bedroom door locked while she was a resident and the family even wrote an apology note to my Mom. I sympathize with the family but want readers to know that the house did everything it could to accommodate her residency and provide good care to her. I highly recommend 11,611 Circle Drive as a group home. It is well maintained, clean, with nutritiously planned meals and excellent staff. It is NOT a nursing facility but management can assist in the arrangement of nursing care. It is a home for my Mom. She considers it her home and staff treats her as if it is.
