LIVE OAK WEST

Live Oak Estates was by far the best care decisions for my dad, who needed assistance after a stroke took his independence. From Clint (the owner) making us feel comfortable during the initial transition, to Adam (the manager) not only taking such great care of my dad but also becoming his friend, to the many wonderful caregivers, Live Oak helped beautifully support my dad during what ended up being his last chapter. It was a home filled with friends. They not only supported my dad but also gave me peace of mind knowing he was well taken care of. They became my co-pilot during a very difficult time unlike other facilities. They also managed situations swiftly and with care. I highly recommend.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful Live Oak at Sunland St in Austin was for our dad during the last 18 months of his life! Adam and his caring staff always, always gave our dad professional and compassionate care. They honestly treated him and our family as their family; patiently answering our questions and concerns. We always knew Daddy was safe and happy. We could not have asked for more. Thank you so much!

My mother lived at English Oak House with Live Oak Estates Assisted Living Homes for 2 1/2 years. Every staff member took such great care of her and she loved and trusted them. And so did I. There was great food (which my mother loved), laughter all the time, wonderful residents and their families. They knew my Mom well and were always on top of her care. My Mom recently passed and they were so supportive. I thank Wendy and Clint, Linda, Sid, and all the staff. Our extended family is forever grateful.

We moved my dad here after stints in several other assisted living homes. Live Oak Estates was by far the most attentive and caring of them all. The staff has a positive attitude that I haven't seen anywhere else. My dad did swallow therapy here and amazingly got off of his feeding tube, thanks to the the staff's dedicated efforts. The facility is in a house in a normal neighborhood, so it feels homey. Highly recommended for assisted living.

We moved my dad to Live Oak Estates after some less-than-ideal experiences at other care homes in the area. Live Oak's staff is so friendly, respectful, and sincerely cares about their residents in a much more personal way than we saw elsewhere. Adam, the house manager, was especially great to my dad and brought my dad a lot of comfort and joy in his final months. I truly wish we had found Live Oak Estates sooner.
