Livewell at 11476 Club Drive

I strongly caution anyone considering LiveWell assisted living. It has been nearly three years since my client left this facility, and her personal belongings are still being withheld. Many of these items are new and in excellent condition, including a mattress, 60” TV, furniture, area rug, home decor items, cleaning supplies, dinnerware, pots and pans, toiletries, and personal care tools and equipment. Repeated attempts to coordinate pickup were continually delayed or ignored, with management offering excuses such as meetings or scheduling conflicts. At one point, the property manager, Paul Beckett, promised to reimburse my client for all missing items if she provided a list but after his arrest for beating on his wife, no reimbursement was made and all communication stopped. Nearly three years later, this issue remains unresolved, demonstrating the facility’s negligence, lack of accountability, and disregard for residents’ personal property. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

My husband had outstanding care at LiveWell @Governors Club. All his needs were met by a considerate staff. My husband was a resident there for three and a half years. I can highly recommend this facility.

My mother spent her last year plus of her life here, they were incredible.Compassionate, caring went above and beyond. Home style environment made this much better for my mother. Courtney was amazing, really knew my mom as well as others. My mom would smile and tell me how well they were caring for her.

My 90 year old mother stayed at this home for one week before I decided to remove her. Promises made by the director were broken in less than 24 hours. The facility refused to use an chair alarm which caused my mother to fall multiple times. My mother was also left on the toilet by herself which caused her to fall. Significant bruising occurred on my Mom’s hip and buttocks. The care provided by this home was poor. The director was extremely difficult to work with.
