LLC RETIREMENT HOMES I

This is an amazing place! When I toured it I was very impressed...when we moved my mom in over a month ago I've since been blown away! The care, the cleanliness, the wonderful food (I've had a meal there...best clam chowder I've ever had!), the lovely facility, the AMAZING staff...all make it home for my mom. We decided on assisted living as she has early dementia and knew she'd need more help as time went on. So thankful for Park Merced and everyone there. I highly recommend it for anyone, even those without needs. I wish someone washed my bedding, towels and my house for me every week and provided 3 wonderful meals a day and activities! Sign me up! This Was our One star experience: The food was salted to disguise its tasteless Monotonous Quality. The staff turn over was frequent as was the inconsistent schedule set ups (For Example for showers). Billing /service performed errors .The office staff was not the nicest. Activities, for whom? Brief contact with the owner found Her somewhat unresponsive. There appeared to be a disregard to continued complaints from residents expressed at the monthly meetings. There several other issues too. There’s a lot of room for improvements. This was suppose to be the best assisted living facility in Merced.

Taking care of my Mom, good people work there my Mom is 92 1/2, very good atmosphere, very clean Mom has been there for 3 years

Though I have a working relationship with this community, I see first hand, how responsive and compassionate the caregivers are. And better yet, how committed the administration is for high level of service to these residents through what they do, not just what they say should happen.
