The staff and management at Lo Har are wonderful! They immediately started taking care of my mom the moment we arrived. They are informative, caring and friendly. I felt comfortable leaving my mom in their care. I’d choose them again and again!

My father-in-law lived at Lohar’s Assisted Living for about a year and a half. During that time, he did very well, and the staff became genuinely attached to him. From the clinical director to the maintenance team, everyone interacted with him and made him feel cared for. When he became ill and was hospitalized, he was eventually placed on hospice care. Lohar welcomed him back under hospice, and he was able to pass peacefully in a familiar and supportive environment. The communication from the clinical director, Yolanda, was outstanding. She kept us fully informed and worked closely with us to ensure his hospice care met all of his needs. When he passed, it was clear that Yolanda and several other staff members were deeply affected. Their compassion and care made it evident how much they truly value their residents.

I have been working closely with Jonathan the executive Director for a couple months and he has been absolutely amazing. I went to visit the facility. I really needed help with my mom desperately, and I was very impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of everyone, they are also helping me with other outreach assistance in terms of her care and finances. I am really so grateful. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Much love to all the caregivers in our world!

I've written many reviews but the one I'm about to write is the most important of all. My mom has been in four different assisted living homes. I've never felt complete with any of them until Lo-Har. The entire staff is warm, kind and caring. I truly believe they enjoy caring for my mom. They let me know if she's having a good day or a bad day. My mom is comfortable at Lo-Har where she wasn't in the previous homes. I wholeheartedly believe it's the way they treat her and communicate with her that makes her feel comfortable. The whole staff is so nice. Kandy administration, Louisa the activities director, Amy the wellness director, Jenna the med tech, Adriana runs the kitchen, and all the rest Katie, Carol, Nancy, Annabelle Samantha and the ones I'm missing.
