I have had the privilege of working with Loma Clara as a business partner and I cannot say enough about this assisted living and memory care facility. They are easy they are to work with. Their team has been communicative, flexible, and incredibly supportive as a business partner. They develop personalized care plans for each client. The environment is warm and welcoming, and it’s clear that the staff truly cares about the residents. It’s a beautiful facility that feels like a home and that makes all the difference when it comes to memory care and assisted living. I’m so grateful to have such a trustworthy partner. My Grandmother recently relocated to Loma Clara from out of state. It is a big transition for her, but all of the staff have been so kind, and really great! Eugenia and Anissa made her move in easy and stress free, and the community is beautiful. My family is so grateful to have found this place.

I have friends who are very contented living at Loma Clara. The food I've seen looks yummy and smells delicious. I just watched a Bing Crosby movie in the beautiful theater. There is frequent entertainment in the dining area. I would recommend Loma Clara's facilities. The staff is respectful to visitors and I've observed that they are always respectful to the residents. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed

When you walk into Loma it is a warm and friendly environment. There is always a smile from the gals at the Concierge. The community is a great size, it is not overwhelming large but large enough to mingle and meet new friends. Members of the team who I’ve had plenty of interactions are below. Cassandra is the go to gal for the billing along and the Long Term Care Insurance. All notices are given in a timely manner along with all the paperwork being submitted. Another benefit is automatic payments. It’s appreciated that she explains in a detail the process of how automatic payments and address concern that occur immediately. Ruben is the culinary chef who does an amazing job with taste and presentation. He is especially mindful of providing the same experience for the entire community from Assisted Living to Memory Care. The residents enjoy his creativity and it shows with his weekly theme food bars. What is near and dear to my heart is Memory Care. The team is dedicated and compassionate. It starts from the leaders Sarah and Stephanie. Sarah has a heart of gold that shows through the way she leads her team while Stephanie is a dementia whisperer to the residents and their families. Bottom line is with all the personal experience, I would gladly place my grandparents here and know they are in good hands.
