The staff here is elite and very caring. From the business office to the cafeteria… to the social workers (Jeanettte) and most importantly the nursing staff and techs.. amazing. They are thoughtful and friendly they have legitimate activities. The food is excellent and the location is clean. Thank you for caring so much.

If i could give them 0 stars I would the social worker at this nursing home is absolutely disrespectful and nasty towards me and my sister I asked her to come into the room to speak with us she came in and my sister asked her to awnser a few questions and she started yelling saying she wasnt going to get involved when thats literally her job to awnser the families questions and get involved. However there is one nurse on the 3rd floor that is super nice and seems to regularly check in which is amazing.

Fantastic nursing staff! Princess, Denmark, Audrey, Desi, Gabby. Saige, at lorien Bel Air are so attentive and kind! Nick Restivo the Admissions Director at Lorien Bel Air really runs a great nursing home! Nick is phenominal! Nick was so genuinely caring and helpful to us. All his patients, residents, and visitors are treated like family! Front desk Receptionist Susie Oldendick has been so kind, caring, instrumental in making my husband's stay a great one. Susie has been so thoughtful, hard working, always going up and beyond to make my husband, myself, our family and guests feel really comfortable, at ease, and welcome, like a family member, or good friend! Susie has jumped in and helped us in so many situations. We have all been really impressed by Susie. We are not usually easily impressed, let me tell you! Just about everyone at Lorien Bel Air has been so genuinely kind, caring, and hard working to make Frank's stay at Lorien Bel Air a comfortable one. Everything and everyone at Bel Air Lorien runs like a well oiled machine from top to bottom. My husband was admitted to Lorien with many ailments and his entire nursing staff is phenominal! I often stay over with Frank and we feel like we are at a 5 star Hilton Hotel here. We both are given the royal treatment! The entire staff from Admitting, Nursing, PT, OT, Dietary, Social Worker, Recreation staff, Maintenance, Front Desk and so many more professionals have been so great! It is so clean. Our family have all been treated great at Lorien Bel Air. Lorien Bel Air came highly recommended on the top of the list from the Case Management Worker and Medical staff at Saint Joseph's Medical Center, GBMC, and Upper Chesapeake Hospitals. We feel really fortunate that my husband was admitted to Lorien Bel Air because it is in high demand, my husband's doctor told us. As we are needing Rehab and/or Nursing home care the Bel Air Lorien is definitely our go to nursing home. We highly recommend Lorien in Bel Air Maryland! ❤️

Loren Bel Air is a great facility. Everyone at Lorien has treated me very well. When I say everyone I mean everyone... Nick, Sarah, Gabby, Denmark, Princess, (everyone and more names I forgot.) Maintenence came up immediately to show me how to use the TV, Housekeeping has my room and all areas spotless clean. All Nurses. Techs, Aids, PT & OT, Social Worker. Activities Worker. Front Reception Desk, Dietary, so genuinely kind and caring. I liked the food too. Everyone treated my wife with kindness and accommodated her, plus Nick & Sara went out of their way and allowed my wife to stay with me overnights. My family members that had been patients at Bel Air Loren have rated Loren Bel Air very highly and I can see why. It's so great here that I don't care when I leave. Thanks Loren! Sincerely, Frank

Thanks to all the staff at Lorien. They were great and really made a difference for my 90 year old Mom. She had a hip replacement, stayed at the hospital for a few days and then went to Lorien for rehab. They had a nurse, social worker, recreation, therapy, dietician all help her to a speedy recovery. She is now home and a month later is ready to start dancing!!!!!!!! I especially would like to thank Nick Restivo, admissions director for his advice and coordination efforts. He coordinated with the hospital and transportation people to make everything seamless and efficient. He coordinated everything with the medicaid/medicare people too.
