This care team is amazing. The level of professionalism is top notch. And equally important- they took such loving and kind care of my mom. They accommodated her needs and her wishes … little things like making sure she had her favorite napkins and blankets meant a lot when she was in a fragile state. And they were so good to me as her primary carer from the family. they looked for ways to make my life easier too! When a family makes the decision to move a loved one into assisted living, it’s really stressful. And you want Terri’s team helping you at that time. I can’t thank them enough for all they did for my mom and our family. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have over 2 decades of caring for my aging loved ones and experience with overseeing their care and choosing their assisted living, skilled and memory care facilities at different stages of their lives and care level needs, as well as working closely clinical directors, medical staff, and with hospice nurses for their care. My experience with the staff and the level of care at Collinfield House and Millhouse, under the direction of Terri Smith and clinical director Esperanza, compares to no other, in the very best way. They provide so much detail in the care of their residents and provide a safe, home setting that includes the best nutrition, mental stimulation & interaction, focus on individual needs, 24 hour care, open house policy to family members and so much more. I moved my 98 year old Aunt from a skilled memory facility to Millhouse as she needed a higher level of memory care. It was the best decision and she felt like she was at home. It’s so heartwarming to see my loved one sitting at the dining table with another resident engaged in conversation. Espi and the staff are so caring about each resident. It’s a low ratio of resident to staff member and that makes all the difference. After moving in, they made sure we spent a few hours the first week together getting down my Aunts’ routine to ensure they gave her the very best care and attention. This was a peace of mind for me that I never had with other care facilities over the past 20 years. Terri is true to the mission of her facilities and she maintains very high standards. She has a family member living there and she strives to make it the best possible life experience for all residents. The staff is wonderful. You can see how passionate they are about their jobs by the way they care for my Aunt and other residents. They encourage family and friend visits as they know it is an important part of residents living their best life. Different than all the other places, Residents’ needs are priority, along with safety and cleanliness. Communications with Terri and Espi and staff were outstanding.
