LOVE AND CARE II ASSISTED LIVING, LLC

My father was in their care for 1-1/2 years. He was extremely well taken care of. He was comfortable and happy there. Meals were very good, nutritious and well balanced. The house and property were clean and well kept. The caregivers and staff were amazing. Thank you Nicoleta and all the wonderful staff.

Due to a decline in my mother’s mobility, I needed to find an assisted living facility for her. I was not familiar with a group home setting, in a residential community. I’m very thankful that we were referred to Love & Care II. The home itself is kept immaculately clean, and it’s located on a peaceful residential street. My mother adjusted immediately, always telling of how kind and caring the staff were. She enjoyed meals at the large dining room table, and time spent with the other residents. When her health declined, Love & Care II worked seamlessly with her Hospice provider. I was able to visit daily, and witnessed how well the residents were treated. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Love & Care II.

We are so pleased with the care my aunt is getting here. The staff is very caring and professional, they exceeded our expectations on every level. We fall in love with the owner/manager and her homes. It was a very difficult decision to make since all of them are spotless and comfortable. They were serving lunch when we arrived and all I can say is the food looks delicious and the menu is diverse. It’s a very well structured home, very pleasant, caring and honest.

We recently relocated my Mom from a non-ALTCS facility to Love & Care II where Nikki as the primary care giver at this location. After the move the care she received was not only much better it was also at a lower cost per month and the monthly add-ons were not there like at the previous facility. They not only cared for her mental and physical needs they took care of her emotionally. They made sure a doctor saw her and adjusted her medications to better fit her needs and she showed improvement in her emotional responsiveness to the staff. They had her eating properly for the first time in a long time. Overall the care was exceptional. They were also responsive to the inquiries we made of her care and state. They preferred texting and they would respond to texts very quickly and when needed they would follow up with a call. For 'caring' care I would, without hesitation, recommend the facility, the staff and Nikki for your loved one.

My mom is currently staying at “Love and Care Assisted Living 3” after a stroke. The 24 hour care team has been very nice, is well trained, patient, and they are accommodating for my mom. The owner, Nicoletta, is very compassionate about this work and has great communication with family.
