I recently had a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session with Iryna, and it was life-changing in the best way. For months, I’d been feeling off—disconnected, weighed down, and not quite like myself anymore. After just one session with her, everything shifted: I’m back to feeling grounded, authentic, and truly like my old self again, with renewed energy, clarity, and inner peace that has carried through into my everyday life.

I highly recommend Iryna for a healing session. Through guided mediation, she is able to help people find where they store feelings and trauma in their bodies and help release them. It was a powerful experience working with her and I instantly felt physically and emotionally happier afterwards. It is evident that she is a sincere and caring healer who wants to support the growth of her clients.

I experienced my first session with Iryna one week ago which included a cleansing and QHHT. It was quite intense as I had more childhood, relationship, and possibly past life traumas than I anticipated. I believe these traumas have been manifested in subclinical physical symptoms some which I've experienced for over 30 years. I did have some challenging days afterwards which didn't surprise me but I believe from pain or releasing thereof comes real growth and even power. I have been feeling more present the last several days and experiencing more and more interesting and somewhat unusual 'coincidences' which I know are not just that but meaningful. Iryna stated that I am attaining a level of synchronicity which I'm opening up to and starting to believe. I'll provide an update in the next couple of weeks including any progress with my symptoms which I understand may take some time considering the duration of most of them. Nov 17 Update- I wanted to post an update after my 2nd session with Iryna last week. I was starting to see some improvement in the weeks after my first session but even more significant improvements after my 2nd session including more flow in that solutions / anwsers to everyday challenges seem to come with ease and virtually no stress. In addition, I seem to be more in the moment or being present with a quieter mind. It was apparent that I had some childhood experiences that we dealt with during the last session that has made the difference. I want to add that Iryna's committment to helping her clients is exceptional as she spent time on the phone on several occasions after my first session to answer questions and conduct further work remotely at no additional charge. I feel that I'm now more aware, in tune, and operating on a higher vibrational level and want to thank Iryna for her insightful guidance.

I went to see Iryna twice and both experiences were excellent. She took her time and really listened and was able to assist me with some of my limited beliefs. We were able to go deep into my childhood trauma to my current situation, and really dig into some of the layers of misconceptions I had. This is leading me to what I call gaining my power back.
