LOVE AND SERENITY II

My mom was a resident here for two years. Una and her team are absolutely a great bunch of wonderful people! They took very good care of my mom and always going above and beyond to ensure that their residents are well and happy. This is a clean and wonderful care home and I will never forget the love and care that was not only showed to my mom but to Us as well, the family members!! Thank you again Love and Serenity!!

Unlike most of the other reviews, my father is an actual resident at this facility. In the two years he has lived here, he has been well cared for, treated respectfully and show kindness. The home is clean and safe. I am allowed access to spend time with him at any time and believe each caregiver has a heart for the residents there. There have been ongoing issues with regard to laundering his clothes, such as items lost; shrunk in a too hot dryer and a jacket ruined due to melted fabric. However, the head staff is working to monitor & improve the situation. All things considered, this Love and Serenity facility is the best care home I have found for my dad.
