LOVE RHODES CARE

Went to visit a friend at Claremont Place. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They seemed genuinely happy and addressed all the residents by name. The automated visitor checking was very easy. The interior was bright and clean and had a fresh airy smell. There were plenty of areas for the residents to gather and socialize the furniture looked quite new. Overall the atmosphere was very appealing.

I came to visit my grandma for the first time since she’s moved in here. It’s always a little anxiety-inducing when finding a place & ensuring the ones you love are in good hands. I was so pleased when I came, from check-ins, to meeting some of the staff who come to help her, to seeing all the acitivities & socials they have set up for the residences- all of it put my mind a little more at ease. My grandma was also hesitant to move in at first, but wow what a change I’ve seen in her since being here. She is enjoying her time & seemed in much better spirits. Thank you to the staff for making this transition as easy as possible & being so so so kind to everyone.

I have been very satisfied with the staff at Claremont Place. They have been very helpful in explaining and helping me to resolve any issues that have come up. They take the time to get to know all the residents and their family members. The excitement and engagement that their activity director has with the residents in Memory Care is what persuaded our family to come here.

My mother has been at Claremont place for over four months now! From the first day, my mother felt very comfortable with the staff, food and especially all the activities! Claremont place is feels very “homey and family oriented!” Shout-out to all the friendly staff, especially, Tricia, Ramona, Kevin, Francis, & Denise, and so many other smiling faces that greet me every time I go to visit with my Mom! My mom is PICKY, and she Loves it there! I feel comfortable leaving her in the care of Claremont Place I no longer worry because she is in great hands!

My father and a client of mine were residents at Claremont Place. I found that the staff and Administrators to be loving, compassionate, & understanding towards my father and my client. In particular, with my client, the staff went above and beyond to make accommodations for her needs. I refereed my client to Claremont Place because they treated my father so well. When I would visit, I could fee the genuine love they had for her and for my dad. They treated them like family. Claremont Place is a warm and caring place. They do their very best to make sure the senior residents are cared for and they are protective of their residents. Thank you for all the hard work you do to take care of our seniors!
