LOVE YOU MOM

Blossom Residential Care Home has been absolutely exceptional, particularly during Covid. From their personalized care for each individual to their incredible team, we have been happy to have them in this tough time for my family. If you have a family member who requires assistance, I would recommend this facility since they assisted me with my grandmother 2 years ago and now my father, who required more round-the-clock care than we could offer when they both have advanced dementia. Everyone felt at ease since the carers were sensitive to their requirements. I was probably very annoying with all my questions and constantly checking in but Alena was amazing and always available and in frequent communication with me to ensure us that they are being well cared for. She would even send us pictures and videos of activities they were doing which is amazing since we cannot be there constantly. They have made us feel as if we are a part of the family and we are forever grateful.

My father was bed ridden and my husband and I couldn’t handle the full time care he needed and was very nervous about putting him into a care home. But Blossom residential care home was highly recommended by a friend of mine and we decided to give them a shot and they did not disappoint. They took really good care of my father and kept me in the loop of everything that was going on. Alena personally answered all my questions and was in constant contact with me to reassure me that my father was doing well. He has been there for almost a year now and he really enjoys the staff and the company of the other residents in the home. I would highly recommend them!

My Aunt had a a stroke that really changed her and the families life, we weren’t really sure where to turn after we couldn’t care for my aunt anymore. Many places were very expensive and not affordable for us, or we didn’t get a good feeling about the care my aunt would receive, a coworker recommended Blossom Residential to me, because they were a friend of the owner. I was hesitant at first but I was really impressed by the cleanliness, the caring staff and quaint environment. My Aunt is doing well and likes this place because it is in fact a home and not a huge facility and financially it works for her and the family. I would definitely recommend you check this place out if your in need of a good care facility for your loved one.

My grandmother is a current resident at the Blossom Residential Care Home. She had been in 3 previous homes that after some time decided they no longer wanted to care for my mother as she became non-verbal. This was from the abuse she suffered at other locations. Here the staff and owners are amazing, their approach to care giving is top notch. I made it a point to be involved in my grandmother's care each and every week and have done so for the past 2 years at the other locations.  However, here I dont need to oversee the care and that goes a long way. I highly recommend this location.
