The Loving Care Cottages team provided a great experience and level of care for my mom. They were also great for me to deal with as a family member. The communication was excellent and far more personable than what we experienced at another facility. Their ratio of caregiver to resident was much better. Also, their facility felt like a home whereas other facilities feel very sterile or hospital like. I would highly recommend Loving Care Cottages. Not to mention, they were much more affordable than other Memory Care facilities.

Although we have not yet visited Loving Care in person, our experience with their team has been outstanding. From our initial contact, we were impressed by the warmth and professionalism of everyone we spoke to. Cory, the head of management, truly stands out. His dedication to both the business and its clients is evident in every conversation. He took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly and made us feel confident that Loving Care is the right choice for our loved one. Cory’s passion for providing exceptional care is clear, and it’s reassuring to know that someone with such commitment is at the helm. The staff’s kindness and attentiveness, as conveyed through our communications, have given us great peace of mind. We are looking forward to visiting Loving Care soon and are confident that the in-person experience will match the high level of professionalism and compassion we have already encountered. This assisted living facility was the best place for my mother after her illness. She loved the setting and the Tanases' (owners and employees) were kind and very helpful. Mother also enjoyed the meals. It is located in a residential neighborhood with less than 15 rooms, so compared to other places we looked at for her it was the best. Being small afforded better individual care and the setting is more like a private residence. All rooms surround the common area unlike the typical "nursing home". I would highly recommend Loving Care Cottages to anyone in need of this type of facility for their loved one(s).

Profira and her son Cory and the entire LCC staff were just amazing, taking care of our mother for the last three years. Alzheimer’s is a terrible thing for a family to live with, but the LCC treated her with care and compassion and most importantly dignity right to the end. God bless you all.
