LOVING CARE LIVING FACILITY

While in the area, I decided to stop by Barbara’s place unannounced. The home was spotless and had a pleasant scent. The residents were resting comfortably. Barbara took the time to sit with me and discuss the services she provides, and it was clear she has a genuine passion for caring for her residents. As a registered nurse with 30 years of experience running this business, Barbara’s dedication and expertise are evident. I left feeling confident that I’d entrust my own family members to her care. She is truly a kind and compassionate woman.

This review is 11 years after my grandmothers passing, but I can’t help but remember how wonderful Mrs. Barbara Jackson and her nurse staff was to my grandma while being there. We went through two other mainstream facilities before her, and had horrible experiences. But when we found Loving Care the experience was night and day. I liked that it was in an actual house and gave the feeling of home. Only eight residents were there at most from what I remember and the place always smelled decent. I remember talking extensively to Mrs Jackson at a dr appointment asking her all about her operations, how she ran it, how she vets her employees, and more. She gave direct and satisfactory answers that gave me confidence in leaving my grandma there. I could come at anytime of the day or night and not be surprised at who was there or what was going on. And I would come sometimes randomly and always found grandma in a calm peaceful state. Mrs Jackson and her staff gave grandma and all the residents there personal care and attention, took them outside, and did their best to socialize with them all. This place is a rare gem that might not look like much from the outside, but the inside and the people working there is what makes them standout. Loving Care gave my grandmother what all of us wished we could’ve but wasn’t prepared or able to give her, and because of them I’ll forever have fond memories of my grandmother’s finally months alive. I would come every Sunday afternoon and some Tuesdays, and spend hours there until my emotions got the best of me. But I always knew I was leaving her in good care. This place absolutely lives up to its name from what I remembered. Thank you Mrs Jackson, if none of us from the Hines family never told you thank, please except our belated thanks. And I hope you are doing well.

My parents are there, my family and I thank god every day we found Barbara and her staff after a very traumatic experience at a larger local Assisted Living/Memory Care Facility.
