Jamie and the entire team go above and beyond to ensure that each resident, including my dad, receives the highest level of care and attention.

This is the worst place ever to send a loved one. It changed owners about 8 months ago and the new owner Jaime ran the place to the ground. I live around corner from the house and my mom ( has lived there for 2 years) had 2 emergencies that they did not even hear my mom needing help so she called me and I came over banging on door. ( her oxygen tube broke). They hire foreigners that are cheaper help and lazy. One lady was dropped by 2 caregivers and they lied about it and then they got fired. The air condition was broke and the poor residence were in rooms that were 87 degrees until DHS were called out. After giving 30 days while my mom was in rehab I notice they packed my mom’s room without permission with still 3 weeks left on her contract and didn’t pro-rate the days they moved my mom out of her room and took one of her oxygen tanks. She is definitely in it for money and not empathy

Was hired to come do hair cuts for the male residents of 1 home and Jamie was trying to get us to go to other homes that were not spoken about. We canceled the future appointment she had made and still not have paid for services provided.
