Recent I found this place is not clean, paper trash has been in the hallway without cleaning. The hallway carpet seems never vacuumed.

Awesome apartments (in Rivermark area) run by good management and supported by Social Services of Santa Clara County. Being a senior, I needed a good apartment in a nice area. John Burns Garden Apartments (JBG) has a long waiting list, and it took me over a year to get in. The residents are multi-ethnic, and carefully cared for by management. We have free meals (brown bag lunches) on specific days, exercise classes and language classes. Some residents have been here 15 years, and everyone says they love living here. Our maintenance guy is terrific and responsive. My apartment was new when I moved in, new fridge and electric stove and A/C. Sometimes the wait list is closed. Parking is off street and ample.
