Haylee is been just god sent she has helped me and Ed out so much and helped with the attonrey and anythign we need i can always call her and she is right there and always gets it done for us. I really like my room, and the nurses have been really good. I couldn't ask for a better place to live for me and ed.

Good afternoon This day June 19, 2021, second shift at Lutheran Life Villages, Anthony street location. My mother is currently at the Health Center Rehabilitation unit room 370. The CNA entered the room and as we always do with the nurses and CNAs we introduced ourselves and asked the CNA her name. She turned around and said " Why " slamming the door. We looked at the board and discovered that her name is Brenda. My mother had allready been complaining about her being rude, not responding to the call button, refusing to turn off the air and refusing to close the window. I thought that my mother was over exaggerating but once we encountered her we knew that mom was in fact expressing valid concerns. The other nurses Pat, Mark, Brittney and CNAs have been very accommodating, informative and supportive. The physical therapist have been superb. We have been here for two and half hours and she has not returned to assist my mother to retire for the evening which I firmly believe is intentional. As an attorney I have investigated and prosecuted nursing home abuse before I started to litigate criminal cases in Washington DC. Lutheran Life Villages administration immediately addressed my concerns which was greatly appreciated. I think it is best to remove my mother from this facility. Mark A. Admissions will LIE to you about your rent. Lady has been there 3 years and I asked her multiple times about the difference owed. She said "dont worry about it" Now they are coming after me personally (Im a poa for my Gma) for over $5k for 1 months rent. Medicaid waiver was not approved for a month so LLV took that opportunity to LIE and STEAL from their patrons. They accounting staff can not properly input payments, there is Miller Trust money missing and they are not paying medical bills as they are supposed to w the Miller Trust money. This place is nothing but a money pit. They want to drain every dollar from you they can. The food/CNA Staff and others are fine. No problems w the facility outside of the disgusting admissions and collection people. They are ignorant and unqualified to handle or talk about money.
