LYNMOORE ST LUCIE LAWNWOOD (THE)

Lynnmore at Lawnwood is a beautiful place!! Crystal in sales and Candy, a Nurse, are both lovely and wonderful personalities! Very helpful and kind! They are very accommodating, patient, compassionate and friendly! The color schemes on the walls and the beautiful outdoor area and lovely interior make it a peaceful setting. Would Highly recommend your love one would feel at home here and recommend! The food menu is also very nice.

My father has been a resident in the Memory Care unit for approximately 8 months. During that time, we have encountered several different Directors and nurses. Turnover is atrocious and the staff i(particularly at night) are completely incompetent. This weekend, my father fell and was left unattended for 3 hours while on the floor. This is the second time that he has been left unattended for multiple hours after a fall. This time, he fractured 3 (possibly 4) vertebrae. He is now under hospice care and unlikely to return. I have all of this recorded on a video camera so there is no denying what was and more importantly, was not done. This memory care facility takes advantage of the residents who are limited or unable to advocate for themselves. This company should be ashamed of the poor care they provide to their residents.

My father moved into memory care at the LynMoore in June 2024. There was new ownership by the end of 2024. A few months under the new owners, I was asked to be interviewed on video for marketing purposes, and I agreed although I had recently discovered that there were periods of 10 to 12 hours where my incontinent father was neither checked nor changed. This discovery led to subsequent months of continual outreach to their on-site management as the problem would keep reoccurring. Many of my efforts to communicate resulted in no response at all unless I showed up in person. Even my efforts to talk to regional management were unsuccessful. I had to contact the company one more time since my father moved out in August of 2025 regarding insurance. I once again encountered the same lack of communication and even was told lies. I deeply regret that the recorded interview I did months beforehand was used in a Tv commercial as I would no longer recommend this business. The aides my father had on a reoccurring basis during the day, and one of the aides at night, were reliable. The food was decent. The main reason for my low rating is due to the management and their inability to correct the lack of oversight on his hygiene and their unresponsiveness.

The Lynmoore at Lawnwood is truly exceptional! The staff is warm, attentive, and treats residents like family. The community is clean, welcoming, and full of activities that keep everyone engaged and happy. My loved one feels safe, cared for, and genuinely at home here. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a compassionate and supportive retirement community

I want to take a moment to say to Crystal and the rest of the team at Lynmore are wonderful. Toured the grounds and this place is beautiful, landscape very well maintained. Lynmore is filled with wonderful natural light, great color palette and all the residents I had the chance to meet are very happy to be at Lynmore. Thank you Crystal
