The Laurels of Mt Pleasant is a wonderful facility that puts their patients recovery first. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and the therapy team is unmatched. Lynn and Sierra in social work go above and beyond to ensure every person is set up for success following a discharge home. Activities offers a wide variety of things to do for the residents. Leadership is engaged with residents on a personal level which is amazing to see. I would recommend The Laurels of Mt. Pleasant to my friends and family, and members of the community.

The facility is second to none. Lynn is an invaluable resource for the residents. The staff is awesome. This is a facility I would want a family member to go to if need be. Nothing but extraordinary and incredible place that serves the community

My Mom is currently staying at the Laurels. I just want to give a shout out to the entire staff. The nurses who are so patient and so kind. The kitchen manager who goes out of his way to make sure your loved ones can get food that they like and is prepared so that they can eat it. The administration who always take time to answer your questions. The young man (Justin) who runs the front desk, and greets you every single time you come in and leave, as well as trying his best to get you through to the proper department whether in person, or on the phone. I will say, I do wish they could hire more staff. There are not enough nurses to go around. And the rooms are on the small side. But knowing that our government is not prioritizing the elderly or their care, these kind souls are working on a shoestring budget and doing their absolute best every single day. My sincere thanks to each and every one of them. 🙏❤️

A man was brought into my work place and was assisted by someone who works for the company. The man was in a wheel chair and the worker was hitting every wall or door that was nearby. If this is the kind of service that these people get, no thank you. It was the same on the way out. I felt like they were playing pinball the way she was bouncing him around everywhere.

I was in Laurels of Mt Pleasant for 11 days after hip replacement surgery. I also have to be on a low clorestrol diet. The kitchen staff didn't have the slightest idea how to prepare that diet. They kept serving me the same food, that I told them I can't have. Everything else at the facility was good.I just was getting very disgusted. That the kitchen staff could not understand my low clorestrol diet.Other that That the nursing and house keeping staff was very wonderful.
