LYNNWOOD OF DELAFIELD

My father was admitted on Jan 20, 2021. I paid two months up front.12600 dollars. Unfortunately he died 7 days after admission. 100 dollars was missing from his wallet at the time of death. His wallet wasn't even in his room. I donated a brand new 2500 dollar lift assist chair to the facility before I found out how shady they were. My brother and I have called multiple times to get a refund for the time he did not live. They will not return our calls, texts messages, nothing. They just ghost us. We did not even get condolences for our loss.The lack of communication is unprofessional. I am trying to grieve the loss of my father and I have this to deal with. How can they think they are justified to keep 12,600 dollars for seven days. There is a special place in hell for people like this. Seriously who robs an elderly man who died? Lynnwood of Delafield holds that honor. Don't put your family members here!!!

Very clean facility, the staff really cares about residents.
