Georges is the nicest Assisted Living home I found for my Mom and I looked at several in the Gaithersburg/Germantown area, unimpressed by what I saw. Georges truly has the warm "at home" environment. It's sunny, bright and extremely clean and fresh. The interaction between the nurses and the residents is heart warming. Overall Georges is a five star home and I'm thrilled that my Mom is there.
