For years, we have looked for the right place for my mom. In Jan, she fell and were forced to make the move and I'm so glad we chose Eden Vista. She lived alone for many years and really needed a place of community to feel like she belonged. Now she has friends, does all sorts of activities like Derby days, Brewers games, arts and crafts and she LOVES Bingo. She's even taken part of special outing to see baseball games, farmer markets. The staff is kind and caring. While I think they are sometimes stretched thin, they do their best to meet my mom's needs. Greatful mom has a place to call home.

Went to a paint night and had so much fun! The set up was awesome and the staff was so friendly, love seeing everyone having a fun time. I included a photo of my sisters painting, I highly recommend bringing your grandparents to events

My sister, friend and I joined for paint and wine night. It was so much fun to meet all of the residents and see how happy they are here! Both of the Stephanie’s that ran the event were so sweet and caring. Will be going to events from here on out! Loved it.

Since our mom’s stroke, trying to find the right place to move her into assisted living has been a heart-wrenching process … but the staff at Eden Vista have been with us through the bumpy road, listened and observed and advised and acted, and made everything come right. The staff have welcomed our mom and celebrate her. She is making friends, adjusting even with great challenges and discovering she is in a nurturing and compassionate community now that understands her and what she needs.

I would have to agree with what janae wrote. They tell you want you want to hear to get you to bring your loved one there. And then just ignore them my mother would sit in her chair for 8 hrs a day, sometimes not even getting a diaper change. The ED is very disrespectful the lack of communication between her and the residents family is awful my mother was sick with a uti and c- diff which she contracted from this facility cuz the lack of giving her showers or even a sponge bath (2 weeks without one having the uti and c-diff) and couldn't feed herself and she told my mother she would have to call her son to come feed her while there where 2 caretakers just standing around. They would take our motheres utensils and dishes out of her room and i would have to go get them back from the kitchen, I had to go clean my mothers room because she would go weeks without it being cleaned also did her laundry because I saw other people's clothes in my mothers laundry basket so that told me they where doing her clothes with other residents. My mother passed away 6 months after moving in there and under there care so that should tell you alot right there. And they where well aware she had stage 4 Parkinson's and her condition would worsen we had to put signs up all over her room just to tell the caretakers how to take care of our mother. Here are just some pics of how things would look when i would show up.Please don't send your loved one here.
