Best place for loved ones

The health and comfort or our elders comes dangerously last at Madison Pointe. I recommend going anywhere else by all means possible. My grandma was severely and dangerously neglected. It was very emotionally challenging to visit my grandma every day; when I arrived, she was so dehydrated she couldn’t speak. After she sucked down juice boxes, she could finally relax and talk. The staff is unprofessional and very challenging to communicate with. This experience is not unique to me because others have had uncomfortable experiences with the staff. Please choose some place else to take your loved ones. It isn’t surprising the prior existing poor reviews were wiped (under the name Harmony Grove), and now there new reviews are all written by the staff.

Madison Pointe Senior Living is a very caring, accommodating facility for a loved one to call home! My mom was a resident for almost 3.5 years. From beginning to end their services were top-notch. They accepted my mom in the midst of the pandemic, allowed her to have her beloved pet as long as it was properly cared for, let her be her own person as far as choosing the activities she wanted to participate in, and let me--her daughter--stay with her while we searched for a skilled nursing home after it became obvious she would require a higher level of care. THANK YOU so much to the entire staff FOR EVERYTHING you did!

We had much success with Tina and the whole crew at Madison Pointe to get my Mom the help she required due to dementia and so that my Dad would be able to live with her. We recommend MP if it's time for your parent(s) to have additional care.
