Have called multiple times about a special needs elderly individual because he was outside in his underwear or digging through the trash of the Maverik gas station and all they do is brush it off and say its not their problem and they're not going to do anything about it. Then proceeded to tell me that the Gooding County Sheriff won't as well since this has already happened before. This is NOT how you treat people and I will be reporting this place to the South Central Idaho Area on Aging and the Idaho State Attorney Generals Office. DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY STAY HERE! UPDATE: Notice that the only review other than mine was posted over a year ago but after mine called them out on what they were doing and dropped them to 3 stars they suddenly got a 5 star review 7 hours later lol. SHADY MUCH!

Amazing! Scott and Anita are so nice, the staff are loving and respectful. The facility is more like a big family house than assisted living. I'm finally able to relax knowing my relative is enjoying the lifestyle and is safe.
