Magnolia House

My mother-in-law has been staying at the Magnolia House for several months now. I cannot praise them enough for everything they do. Their staff is absolutely wonderful. They have at least two activities every day, and the meals are great. They frequently have parties as well. The administrator, Tonya Criswell, goes above and beyond any administrator I have ever seen in healthcare. She is hands-on and cares about every one of her residents. The nurse, Genie, and the rest of the staff, including Lisa, are all amazing. We have never had a single problem with them. They are wonderful, and I don’t know what I would do without them.

The owner relocated Mom saying that he had to based on Alabama law. Increased her rent almost $1000 a month. I looked up the AL code and found she was moved under false pretense. I have since relocated her to a beautiful facility and there are no problems or code violations. I thought this company was reputable but I was wrong. Beware.

Very nice people friendly place and very homey so if your looking for a place for your loved one to stay take them to magnolia house
