I want to make mention of a few of the staff… Karen the patient care coordinator, Lisa the activities organizer, Trudy the front door receptionist & Helen one of the CNAs …. Thank you all for doing such a great job running the facility. My dad Alvin Brown is comfortable there & in the last month we have seen a definite change for the good!

Our SNF truly enjoys working with this community. The collaboration and partnership we share have been invaluable. With the recent leadership transitions—particularly with Caroline and Kristen—the experience has been seamless and incredibly positive. Would recommend!

The biggest issue with this assisted living facility is poor management. Leadership is disorganized, and clearly out of touch with daily operations. Concerns raised by families and staff are ignored or brushed off instead of being addressed professionally. There is a constant lack of accountability, frequent staff turnover, and no consistency in care, which all points back to ineffective management.This facility needs serious improvements before it can be considered a safe or reliable place for seniors. I would strongly advise families to look elsewhere. OVERPRICED! EXTREMELY COLD I’ve met some staff who walk around with an attitude, which can be uncomfortable for residents and families. Without the help of Rain, Sam, and Mai this place would not function the way it does. These ladies go above and beyond to ensure residents are cared for with compassion, and respect. There is often no one available at the front desk, which makes it difficult for families and visitors to get assistance when needed. My mom had grown tired of eating the same meals repeatedly. A more varied menu would make mealtime more enjoyable and show greater attention to residents’ preferences. Princetta is the best. She consistently goes above and beyond her cleaning duties, keeping the facility safe, comfortable, and welcoming for residents. Her dedication and hard work truly make a difference every day. I’ve had the opportunity to see this assisted living community up close, and overall it has been a positive experience. The staff are attentive, patient, and genuinely care about the residents. They take the time to get to know each person and communicate well with families, which brings a lot of peace of mind. The community itself is clean, welcoming, and well maintained. Activities are thoughtfully planned to keep residents engaged and social, and there is a strong sense of community among both residents and staff. While no place is perfect, it’s clear that the team here is committed to providing safe, compassionate care. I would feel comfortable recommending this community to others looking for assisted living.

I recently visited (December 2025) and found it to be wonderful! It was clean and welcoming, with a caring and supportive staff. The Activities Director (Lisa) is a gem! Her daily schedule of fun activities for the residents is quite impressive. The Christmas decorations are lovely!
