I felt like we really lucked out with Main Place Senior Living for my mom. Altho the place is a bit run down, the team that took care of my mom each day were not and they always went above and beyond. She was really happy here and that’s what you want to hear from your momma. Interacting with the staff flowed easily and my mom truly felt really cared for. Your family member will be in great hands !

The entire staff is focused on the residents well being & fit within the community. Staff has great attitudes working with residents & their families.

My brother has been staying at Mainplace Senior Livjng for over a year and half ago. He has since felt comfortable with this place and friendly staff. I found him happy with smiles and energy during every visit. He treat his caregivers like family and they also welcome us warmly in return. This place also has an outside patio for friends and family to have private time. I strongly appreciate the staff, and grateful for the support of everyone in this wonderful place.🙏💙

I've been thoroughly impressed by this facility from my very first interaction. This includes the site, leadership, employees and more. First off, I'm beyond grateful for their efforts to keep me innately informed about any issues or concerns with my resident family member. Beyond that, I appreciate them for so many reasons. From the beginning, they've surpassed my expectations on all levels. Things such as maintenance of the facility, cleanliness, safety, communication, and professionalism are all notable. Their smiles, optimism, warmth and friendliness has gone a long way. too. The vendors and providers they refer out to and are affiliated with are also excellent. It's nice to know all aspects of my loved one's care is being addressed. But, it's even more helpful to know that it's with people who truly care. Mainplace offers daily activities onsite, along with weekly outings. Their dining room is well-equipped with wholesome home cooked meals and table side service. Most all employees who I've had interactions with have been positive and enjoyable. The facility holds special events and celebrations, as well. Some include family members, and others are primarily for the residents. It's evident the entire team contributes, which is remarkable to witness and so inspiring. That's what makes these so successful. That, along with good planning and strategy. They pull off these special occasions without a hitch. One of the most endearing (and reassuring) things I hear on a regular basis is my loved one's response when I ask, "Do you like the people who work here?" She provides me with a resounding, "Oh, yes! Absolutely! They're lovely! Everybody is wonderful and kind to me." Hearing this time and time again (for the past 10 months since she's been a resident) is confirmation to me that my loved one is indeed in good hands. It also lets me exhale, as it's extremely important to me that she reside in a facility that employs quality professionals who have a heart, care, and exhibit integrity. I'm truly grateful to have found all this and more among the team at Mainplace. Having them to support us, answer my many questions, and provide assistance to my resident family member is priceless.
