If you ever need to put a family member in a rehab/ nursing home please don't choose The Manor of Fond du lac.... I get calls from my mom daily with her crying about how they are trying her, neglecting her cares and not following doctors orders. She's not the only resident who is complaining either, everytime I go there at least one resident is crying about how they get treated there. I have had to call up there multiple times for them to stop ignoring her for bathroom needs, wound care needs , or just simple hygiene needs. The med passers also leave the room before the resident takes meds. And trust me I know how it is working in a nursing home ; I worked in one for over a year when I was younger (I was a med passer and CNA) . I would give zero stars if I could. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Worst place ever. The staff takes a long time to get to the residents. I've talked to multiple residents living there, none of them happy. The food is terrible, looks and tastes like prison food. You can hear residents crying.

My mom is there for rehab. She calls me daily to cry about how she is being treated there. They have left her in a wet bed for over an hour. The CNAs take forever (literally over 45 minutes) to answer the lights. The place is dirty and depressing. Stay away don't put your family here. Don't make the same mistake my family did. A lot of the residents seem very unhappy. CNA stand in the hallway talking and goofing around instead of answering call lights.

After several weeks of visiting long term care nursing homes in the area, we are so happy we chose The Manor of Fond du Lac for my husband's mother. The rooms are spacious with large windows and ample closet space, the facility is clean, and the entire staff is caring and extremely friendly! While some other facilities had great "rehab" short-term stay rooms, the long-term care rooms were cramped, dark and dingy, but The Manor's rooms are welcoming and bright. A special shout out to their activity director, Kristen, for an active schedule of fun games and events - and ensuring the residents actually get down to partake in the fun!

The Manor of Fond du Lac has done a wonderful job caring for my grandmother. Their attention to her care has been outstanding. Her comfort with the staff and other residents is proven by her willingness to participant in their fun and interactive activities. Our family cannot thank the staff enough for the support and kindness they have shown my grandmother as well as our family.
