The staff and management here at the most compassionate people I have ever met they are so caring so loving and so thoughtful I am so glad I thank God we are Here at this hospice facility while my husband is transitioning, If you want your family and loved ones to be treated the way you would treat them BRING THEM HERE AT THE RESIDENCES at PIN OAK!!! RESIDENCES

Cleanest facility I have ever been in . Caring and compassionate staff.

I visit two of my friends here. I’ve been to many nursing homes and this one is heads and shoulders above all of them. The staff truly loves the people in their care. You can see it in how the residents respond and talk about their dear friends that work there. Ms Deb and Angel are truly the best.

My mother laid on the couch all day with her head thrown back they didn’t bother calling till late at night we had to rush her to the hospital and she had aspirated in both lungs and her esophagus was full of food. Before that the home health nurse told the staff to make sure her food was cut up small and the owner told them they better not. It was a nightmare the 2 years she was there. We were informed state law they only had to let her take a shower once a week! The last 3 weeks my family and I stayed with her because they said they couldn’t give her the meds hospice put her on. That place is a joke, no one is medically trained and the owner is known for writing bad checks to her employees and people she hired to mow!

I have been in over 30+ A.L.F. for my close relatives and Majestic manor is without a dout the most caring, loving, and compassionate home I've seen. It has improved significantly considering the reviews I see posted previously although I have never seen any of the comments made and I've been to this facility numerous times in recent months. The owner is the most caring and compassionate business owner I've ever met. She goes out of her way to do her very best.
