MAJESTIC MEMORY CARE CENTER

I don't have direct experience as a family member of a resident, but I've been to the place to visit someone. Overall, reviews are positive, but sadly, some people think it's about Them, not the senior living community, Not the residents, but this one musician. That's the most negative review here, and it brings down the average, misleading some people. I saw everyone doing a great job, and I think it's a shame that someone takes a personal or financial issue out on the image of what appears to be a decent place. I, myself, have a tiny Assisted Living in a House... Lots of people in a bigger place, less attention overall, but doesn't make it a bad or neglectful place b/c someone had a misunderstanding about music or payment... We are about Care in the assisted living world.

My brother was diagnosed with early onset of ALZ in his early 50s. Due ti the progression of the disease and after he could no longer get the care that he needed at home, his wife got him into Majestic Memory Care...And it has been such a blessing! We went through this with my mom when she was diagnosed with ALZ, but she did not have the caring people that my brother has at Majestic Memory Care. The people there truly care for him and the other residents. They seem to have plenty of caring staff and they are very attentive! We are so grateful for them and we keep them in our prayers as we pray for our brother!

We feel very fortunate to have found this place for my mom. We looked at many different facilities and Majestic was definitely the best one. The staff is very kind and friendly and they are always giving us updates and sending my sister and I pictures and videos of our mom. They have a lot of activities and keep the residents entertained all day. They are wonderful people who really care about their residents.

My mother was a resident at Majestic Memory Care until her passing in mid October of this year after a year of many difficult illnesses. My family and I cannot thank the staff and administration at Majestic enough for the thoughtful, respectful and compassionate care they provided to my mother while she was at Majestic. Majestic staff at all levels, from the maintenance staff to the nursing staff made sure she was safe throughout this horrible Covid period and that she didn't feel alone. They provided daily activities to keep her active and entertained. They often sent us photos of my mother interacting with other residents at facility events or dining. Staff set up facetime and window visits with our mom so she had contact with her family. And most importantly the staff made sure she felt special every day she was there. While I dearly miss my mother, I feel she was fortunate to spend her last months at Majestic. Thank you.

It has been a trying time for the family with my mother getting Alzheimer's at a young age. The need to move her to a safe space was very concerning. The Majestic Memory Care Center has put these concerns to ease. The "open" space, the garden area, the clean and uncrowded feeling differed so much from all else we saw in South Florida. The staff has been professional and so reassuring to my mom and us as a family. Great place for when it is needed.
