Kim and the staff at Mallard Ridge went above and beyond to help our family. When a family member unfortunately became a patient in "The System" was placed in a Medicare funded facility that wasn't fit for any human. The staff at Mallard Ridge came to the rescue, making it possible to get our family member a bed in less than 48 hours. God Bless you for coming to our aid. Our family is now safe and cared for in a facility that is clean, safe and where staff are engaged with their residents. To add to review, state inspection at Mallard Ridge discovered NO DEFICIENCIES! Great work showing how dedicated the staff at Mallard Ridge are keeping residents safe.

Staff is amazing! More likely than not, you will probably see me leaving every single time crying, but it’s no reflection on Mallard Ridge. God bless you all for the God given calling to do this.

My parents have been living at Mallard Ridge since the first of 2021. It is a very nice place. Updated and always clean with more updates coming. They seem to do their very best to have activities for the residents regularly and often include the families. The staff ... what can I say. These are some of the very best, kindest and caring people I know. You get to know people pretty good when you are charged with the care of your parents. In working with this group of caregivers, from the front office to the back door, I have come to love and appreciate those that put their hearts into caring for my mom and dad. Nothing is perfect and people are human, but as far as I'm concerned this is a top notch facility full of caring people ... they make an effort to care for my parents, work with me, listen to my concerns, offer solutions ... like family. I think your experience will also depend on the abilities of the patient and how much they and you are involved. The facility and staff will work with you if you're willing to try.

One year ago my family and I moved my aunt into Mallard Ridge and words just can’t explain how awesome it is. The facility is always very clean and the staff is absolutely wonderful. The staff consistently displays compassion and is always very courteous and respectful towards the residents. My aunt loves Mallard Ridge and she always talk about how nice the staff is. I would definitely recommend Mallard Ridge. We are at peace in knowing that our love one is in good hands. Forever grateful Tonya Watts and family

It is never an easy journey to watch your parent become incapable of caring for themselves. The staff at Mallard Ridge try to make this easier for you and your loved one! They are respectful of their residents and show great compassion. I would highly recommend this staff. They are very knowledgeable, caring and open to questions and concerns. I am not sure you can do much better than Mallard Ridge if you are looking for find placement for your loved one!
