MANCHESTER SPRING VALLEY, LLC

Manchester Care Home at Spring Valley provides exceptional care for our hospice patients. They treat each resident with kindness, dignity, and respect and they go out of their way to make sure everyone feels comfortable and loved. Sandi Levy, the Director Of Nursing, seems to know everything about each resident! She is a hands-on nurse and treats each person as if they were her own mother or father. This is not just a Care Home, it feels like a family! Highly recommend!

I thank God for Manchester House and the amazing caregivers who work there. I can sleep at night knowing with 100% certainty that my mom is being well taken care of - with kindness and expertise. I can’t say enough about how wonderful is to know my mom is in good hands.

We moved our dad into Manchester Care's Spring Valley home, and we are so glad we did! They take such good care of him, and we always have the sense that they genuinely delight in him (as we do!) which makes all the difference. They are also really good about connecting us with resources and professionals to be sure all his wellbeing needs are met (like, hearing and dental care). It has been such a good experience.

Nicely appointed facilities and caring staff. Special shout out to the RN, Sandi Greenberg, the director of nursing at all four Manchester facilities and to the caring staff at Spring Valley, including Anthony, Anna, Memory and Louis who make each resident feel special.

My father has lived in the Spring Valley Manchester home for one year, and we are very pleased. Previously he lived in a large group home, but we wanted the more personalized care that a small home provides. There are rooms for eight residents, each with a private bathroom. The staff has been extremely kind, capable, and compassionate, including daily nursing evaluations and on-site caregivers who are awake all night. Many services are available on-site including dental care, podiatry care, haircuts, and vaccines. We give the Spring Valley Manchester a 5-star rating.
