Manchester Tranquilla has been a godsend for my mother and our family. She transitioned there from an assisted living environment in late 2024 and has received excellent care ever since. Caregivers are extremely patient and compassionate and work well with all residents. The staff ratio is such that all residents receive very attentive care, including from Sandi, Manchester’s RN, and Flora, Manchester’s tenured house manager. Tranquilla also regularly engages residents with different activities and stimulation. It offers a homey and personalized environment. We are thankful for the experience at Tranquilla and would highly recommend to other families with loved ones who require this level of care.

I had the pleasure to visit this beautiful community today for a tour. I was beyond impressed with the warm inviting atmosphere. You can feel the love that the team has for the residents. We toured with Brian Levy who was patient and answered all of our questions. He is also an expert in the business of ALF Homes ! We trust and value his expertise. During our tour we had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Flora who is one of the exceptional caregivers at the home . You can tell she is passionate about helping others and will make sure your loved one is well cared for and respected. To say MANCHESTER CARE HOMES is five stars does not say enough about how exceptional they are ! I feel confident saying your loved one’s will be safe in their care!

I am delighted with how well my mom is doing at Tranquilla House. The staff is amazing and genuinely cares about the residents. They go out of their way to make sure she is happy and has everything she needs. I can't say enough about how thrilled I am with all aspects of the care they offer.
