A truly wonderful assisted living community! The staff is compassionate, attentive, and clearly dedicated to providing residents with dignity, comfort, and individualized care. Management team- Eric, Katie, and Lisa to name a few- are extraordinary! The environment feels welcoming and well-maintained, and it’s evident that residents are treated like family. A great place for seniors to call home.

Great option for senior independent living cottages with an easy transition to assisted living and memory care available if/when the need arises. The buildings and grounds are clean and well cared for. The location is convenient for quick errands for groceries, a meal, or a haircut. The price is comparable/ competitive with other places we looked at.

My father went to the emergency room and they did not notify me. I found out when the hospital called me to schedule a follow up CT scan. His room is not clean often. The day time med techs are helpful. I have had to talk to the new management twice about cleanliness.

Manor Lake is a blessing to our family. My parents have been there for over 7 months. The current Executive Director, the office leadership and the employees (CNAs, Med Techs, Kitchen) are extremely kind. The employees continually show love, concern and care for my parents. My parents regularly express how they appreciate the staff - the genuine concern and care they are experiencing daily in Assisted Living. The food is not perfect but the Chef is trying to improve recipes and outcomes.... and the staff is committed to smiling and helping. Highly recommend for the kindness and atmosphere. It is clean and modern and the rooms are spacious with windows. There is a lot of activity and community in the halls - and the employees greet the residents in friendly, loving manners. I'm there almost daily and see this - very thankful.
