MANORCARE AT LELY PALMS

My mother, G Elsa Lazo, was a resident at Lely Palms for one year before she passed, and I am beyond grateful for the love and care she received. The nursing staff, therapy staff, office personnel, Jackie from front desk, Helga from office, cleaning staff, were ALL always kind, patient, and compassionate. A special thank you to Norma (RN) who treated my mother with such tenderness, love and respect. During a very difficult time for our family, they brought comfort, dignity, and genuine warmth to my mother’s life. We will always appreciate everything they did for her.

Lynn & Lunik I’d like to thank two wonderful ladies from housekeeping who truly went above and beyond for my father. When maintenance wasn’t available to fix a broken bed, they stepped in without hesitation and changed it out themselves—Their kindness and willingness to help made a big difference, and our family is very grateful.

Attentive , experienced and caring staff. Winnie the DON & Deb / Eileen the charge nurses are incredible. Every staff member has been wonderful They truly care about their patients and doing their best. The teamwork is amazing. Facility is clean, bright , very well staffed and highly organized. My Father spent 5 months here starting in Skilled Nursing, then in Long Term Memory Care, we felt so comfortable in this facility we stayed here instead of moving him to hospice house. When he came here he was towards the end of his battle with vascular dementia. They gave him the greatest care during the last few months of his life. I spent several nights towards the end with him here , so I really got to experience what things are like behind the scenes. . The love and care the staff had for the residents was so heart warming. I am forever indebted to this wonderful team.

Lely Palms was there when my mom needed them the most, and I will forever be grateful! The admin, kitchen, nursing, and environmental staff were very kind to my mom, and I felt confident she was in good hands. They ensured she was engaged in activities, made her feel welcome, and cared for her. It was a complex process for my mom and me, but the Lely Palms admin was there to guide us every step of the way. These are truly dedicated individuals, and I would highly recommend Solaris at Lely Palms.

My Dad was transferred from hospital to Lely Palms at the of November. He raved about the attention and care he received which makes us as his family truly happy. From P.T., to the nursing staff, to food services, business office, wound care, cleaning and laundry services, social services and the two lovely front desk ladies who are the first point of contact..Thank you! Helga, (the gentleman on the phone who spoke to me about insurance, I'm sorry I forgot your name), Winnie, Martha, Moises, Eileen and all the friendly faces along the hallways.
