Love the Mansions Alpharetta community. We do moves here frequently, and the experience is always smooth and well-organized. Shon (Marketing Associate) and Katherine (Marketing Director) are absolutely amazing—both are extremely helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and their partners. Highly recommend this community.

Katherine and Shon were absolutely fabulous! When I visited with my Mom, they could not have made her feel more welcomed and truly part of the community. They took a true interest in my Mom and both went over and beyond to answer all her questions and concerns. They were responsive and patient. The facility was fabulous and my Mom was quite impressed!

Katherine is a wonderful host! She made my mother (Darthey) feel right at home. She took the time to answer all our questions. And her patience with my mother was also wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you so much for the tour and lunch. In a word, Outstanding.

I recently toured the Mansions at Alpharetta and was immediately impressed. The community is beautifully designed—elegant yet cheerful—and feels more like a vibrant 55+ independent living space than the sign’s description of a traditional senior facility. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I was greeted by both staff and residents at the front desk, which set a positive tone. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Bosworth, the Sales Director, and her colleague. Jill was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind. She made me feel supported and at ease as I asked questions about making a possible move. The community’s size is manageable, with a cozy layout and beautiful landscaping that feels more intimate. Much more manageable for me to walk than larger resort-style facilities I’ve seen. The dining was tasty, even in the midst of transition. The activity offerings are truly creative—like a recent resident-led dinner theater mystery! Overall, the Mansions feels like an extension of the Alpharetta community—genuine, welcoming, and full of life. I’m excited about the idea of calling it home.
