I am honored to be part of the scheduled activities at The Mansions at Sandy Springs. The staff here is exceptional. I work closely with Aimee, the activity director and am truly impressed with the variety of activities offered. Her energy and joy filled enthusiasm is infectious! Interacting with the residents and the staff here have brought me so much joy. I always look forward to seeing everyone at my next visit.

My Mother moved to The Mansions of Sandy Springs in September of 2024. I held off on leaving an updated review because I wanted to see how things would go as she got used to her surroundings and the new community. I live around the corner from The Mansions and am at the property almost daily. Over this time, I’ve been able to volunteer with the residents and interact with most, if not all, of the staff. From the activity director Aimee, Daryl, the community driver, Curtis, the "repair and do everything guy," what I’ve consistently witnessed is a level of kindness, patience, and professionalism that gives me peace of mind. The staff knows the residents by name, greets them warmly, and truly seems to care about their well-being. The community itself is clean, well-maintained, and inviting. My mother has slowly but surely settled into her new home (her floor plan is open and very bright) and enjoys the activities and social opportunities available. As a family member, I also appreciate the open communication — I’ve always felt heard and respected whenever I’ve had a question or concern. Finding the right place for a loved one is not easy, but I can honestly say The Mansions has been a blessing for our family. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and vibrant community for their parent. My son and daughter in law could not have picked a better place for me to retire. I am very content here and this is why. The staff all truly care about me starting with Debbie, the executive director. She's got her finger on the pulse of the community. The activities are wonderful and I can't tell you how helpful Aimee, the activity director has been to me. I appreciate it and consider her a good friend. I love Daryl the driver who anticipates our needs and goes above and beyond when we ride in the community vehicle. Joyce, Alex, Clint and Susan at the front desk are so helpful. The servers in the dining room are great and I just love Ana, Mauricio, Lubin and all the servers. The maintenance director, Curtis is prompt and helpful and always has a smile. I love everyone here and I enjoy it. Just wish the food was something I could eat, but I know I am a picky eater. I thank everyone for everything they do for me each and every day!

I recently moved to the Mansions, and I am very pleased. The staff are so caring, every single one. I feel secure and appreciate how they take the time and effort to satisfy my requests. I enjoy many activities such as the various games to keep my mind active and the exercise classes which I attend every day. I look forward to the many ongoing projects like arranging flowers for the dining room and helping to maintain the garden planters outside. I appreciate how the executive director has an open-door policy. She aims to please and solve problems that come up. The beauty salon on site is wonderful and the beautician is talented with styles and hair color. I know that I am cared for by the staff in this community.

Several months ago, I started looking for Independent Living facilities for myself. As I had just started looking, I had lots of first time questions and when I visited the facilities in the local area, they never had immediate or complete answers to all my questions. When I visited the Mansions At Sandy Springs and met Katherine everything changed. As she took me on the tour, it was as if she was reading my mind. As we discussed the benifits of becoming a resident at Mansions of Sandy Springs, she answered my questions in great detail and even explaining the features of the Mansions before I even thought of them. Many of the independent living facilities I visited are very similar; however, Katherine made the difference at the Mansions of Sandy Springs. During my time visiting, she made me feel welcome, easy to talk to, and during the tour she not only introduce me to many of the staff, but introduced me to many of the residence by name. The employees are positive, upbeat and anxious to welcome you as one of their tenants. The resident I met kept asking me when I was going to move in as they could not stop talking about how much they enjoy the Mansions at Sandy Springs and everything that goes on for the residence. If you were searching for independent living facility, there is none better than the Mansions At Sandy Springs. I strongly suggest you visit, take the tour and when you do, ask for Katherine to give you the tour and do go during meal time and enjoy a fabulous meal.
