I started volunteering here with our church group. I see that the staff genuinely care for residents. The residents appear to be content and happy.

While I was just there for a tour of their memory care unit, I had a nice tour given to me by Victoria. She was very informative and answered all my questions. While I’m not quite ready yet, I was happy with what I saw.

My mama has been living at Cogir coming up on a year and we have recently made the decision to move her home with me. I can say for the most part we were comfortable with my mom living there. Staff all seem to be genuinely kind and she has made some nice friends. I especially want to acknowledge Eileen Davido, the Resident Lifestyle Director and her team for putting on activities and events for the residents that live there. Eileen always made sure to go get my mom so she could participate in their events or to go on outings. We appreciate you Miss Elle! You will be missed, but we will be back to enjoy some of your activities!!

Cogir Manteca has amazing staff that really care for their residents. I moved my mom here as she was showing signs of dementia and they have a memory care unit. My mom never made it to memory care as unfortunately she had cancer that I wasn't aware of when I moved her here but the staff were amazing in how they cared for her in her last days and I really appreciated that. Marissa treated her like family. Cindy was very caring and helped me with her move in and told me who to talk to and what to do in her last days. My mom loved the food and activities here and made friends while living here. I'll never forget how wonderful my mom was treated. If your looking for a place that truly cares for your parents then look no further as they will be right at home here.

Cogir of Manteca has been a wonderful home for both of my parents, offering the care and community they need in this chapter of their lives. My dad lives in independent living and enjoys the welcoming environment, engaging activities, and delicious meals. The staff has been attentive and kind, always ready to lend a hand or share a smile. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and want them to feel comfortable, respected, and at home. Plus they do great special events, parties and barbeques the residents love!! My mom is in the memory care unit, and we’ve been very impressed with the level of attention and compassion she receives. The caregivers are not only well-trained but also incredibly responsive and patient, taking time to understand her individual needs. The team at Cogir Manteca listens—to residents and to families—which makes a big difference. Knowing that both of my parents are in a safe, supportive environment where they are treated with dignity gives our family great peace of mind.
