Unfortunately, since the new company bought Maple Glen, service has gone by the wayside. No one greets you when you visit. Often there is no staff in the lobby. This is a safety concern. The residents are vulnerable and safety should be the number one concern. I've visited many care facilities and most have a receptionist where you are asked to check in. Often it's a comprehensive checkin. No one greets or assesses safety at Maple Glen.

The staff has taken great care of my Dad. He is happier than I have seen him in a long time. He is 94 years old and has some health challenges, but the staff watches over him and treats him with respect. I live out of state, so the way they take of him gives me some peace of mind. The office staff, including Selena and Sarah, are both very personal and professional. It has been a big plus having them in my Dad's corner as well. Thank you Maple Glen!

My wife have been here for almost a year and couldn't be happier. We've been through a rough time the last 3-4 years. Since being residents our stress level and quality of life have improved immensely. The staff her is wonderful and have gone above and beyond to keep it that way. Kudos to everyone at Maple Glen. If not for you...then who?❤️

Love this facility. My Grandma lived here several years. She found her second love here and she really enjoyed the rec room. When covid hit and she was isolated to her room, I bought a TV for her and proceeded to teach her how to use it while talking on the phone. Once it opened up again she enjoyed the different options and activities that were planned and also ran on time! Great place with awesome workers that are good at what they do!
