My mother has Alzheimer's Disease and, after my father died unexpectedly in 2019, I needed to find a home for her near me so that she could get the care she needed. After trying a large assisted living facility (ALF), I consulted with a social worker who recommended a smaller home and connected me with Victoria Sessler. Thankfully, she had an opening for my mom at Maple Hill, where she has been living and THRIVING ever since. I credit the caregivers there who treat her as if she was their own mother and I credit the company for hiring and retaining such excellent caregivers and giving them an exceptional ratio of 1 caregiver for every 3 to 4 residents. I am a nurse who has worked in both large and small ALFs so I know first hand how lucky I am to have found a truly good home for my mom, where I always feel welcome and like the caregivers and other residents are part of my mom's family.

After months of trying to get a loved one into a place that wanted to actually take care of my Uncle I was finally put in touch with Victoria and her husband. We could not have been happier with the house and staff. Everyone was extremely helpful and caring. The place is immaculate and the food was outstanding. They are very knowledgeable in wading through the bureaucracy of the healthcare industry. You will not be disappointed if you choose Kenwood Care !

Kenwood Care is the best place for my husband. He enjoys the staff, the activities and this seems to be the perfect environment for his special needs. I am so eternally grateful for everything they do, for both of us.

Very professional stuff, people who really carry about everything. Best place to send your grandparents or parens. They will be in good hands

Finding a home for a loved one can be daunting. I toured multiple facilities and spoke to countless caregivers before ultimately deciding on Maple Hill. I am happy to say that I have never regretted my decision. The entire staff truly represent what it means to be "caregivers". I was lucky in that Maple Hill was close enough to home that I could bring my 2 young boys by every day to see my mom.It was like a second home for them. They loved going to see Grandma and enjoyed "hanging out" with the other residents. The communication was top notch. If my mom needed something I would get a call immediately. My entire family felt beyond lucky to have found such a warm and caring facility. I want to thank Victoria Sessler and the entire staff for everything they have done for my mom.
